The study examines the five necessities (al-Daruriyyat al-Khams) and their applications in Surah Al-Isra, tracing the maqasid-based rules derived from this Quranic chapter. The research demonstrates how Surah Al-Isra comprehensively addresses the protection of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property.
