About the Journal

Stardom Scientific Journal of Islamic and Sharia Studies is a refereed scientific journal issued by Stardom University — Istanbul, Turkey. The journal aims to provide a platform for publishing research in accordance with the approved international scientific standards, and to improve scientific production in the field of Islamic and Sharia studies. The journal is issued quarterly (4 times a year) in electronic version, and accepts papers and research studies written in both Arabic and English.

Aims & Scope

The journal is a forum for the publication of peer-reviewed, original research on all aspects of Islamic and Sharia Studies, including: Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh), Principles of Jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh), Comparative Fiqh, Quranic Studies and Exegesis (Tafsir), Hadith Studies, Islamic Creed (Aqeedah), Islamic Economics and Finance, Islamic History and Civilization, Da'wah and Islamic Education, and Contemporary Islamic Thought.
