Abstract
This research addresses the concept phase of engineering projects from an Islamic perspective, identifying it as the foundational stage upon which all subsequent phases depend. The study examines relevant Quranic verses and Prophetic hadiths that provide guidance on planning, consultation, and resource stewardship in construction projects.
